If you want to provide easy access to the roof, our manual access hatch is the obvious choice. This unit of 1.1 x 2 m offers both a stylish, comfortable and cost effective way to access your terrace or roof space.
The primary function of the Skyhatch is to provide access, opening to a maximum angle of approximately 75°.

More about the access hatch
- The hatch opens with the support of built-in gas struts and is ideal for getting up to the roof. To open the unit simply unlock and turn the handle from the inside, then let the gas struts take the strain. Closing the unit is taken care of by the machined aluminium handles which are bonded directly to the glass itself.
- This unit offers both a stylish and cost-effective way of maintaining your property.
- High performance thermally efficient double glazing, the inner pane of glass is upgraded with a specialist laminated interlayer making it much more difficult for potential intruders to gain entry via the rooflight.
- Excellent thermal performance: U-value of 1,1 W/m²K.
